Meet Our Team

I'm a NMC-registered nurse with a BSc in Biomedical Science (De Montfort University) and an MSc in Adult Nursing (Distinction, University of Hertfordshire). My 10 year clinical experience spans GP practices (Stanmore Medical Group), NHS Trusts (Royal Free Foundation Trust), supported living, domiciliary care, learning disabilities, and nursing homes. Within my clinical role I am a a specialist in diabetes and respiratory care as well as minor illness. I am also registered with the NMC as an independent nurse prescriber.

With over four years in bid writing and an 80–90% win rate, I founded Milinol to combine frontline clinical insight with strategic bid expertise.
